fuel tank cleanup

I'm installing a walbro 340 and when I took my tank down I noticed is was full of trash. With all of the baffles in the tank can ayone suggest a good method to clean it.

I did a leak repair on a TR tank and used the garden hose to clean up, it flushed out the tank and baffle well. I drained out all the water I could then added some methanol (dry gas) to the gasoline.
