I'm getting ready to race 1986 Mustang GT and was wondering what mixture should I go with using Xylene.
I calculate if I use a 1:1 mixture it's 104 octane. How much boost can I get on the stock turbo ran Tuner Style with this octane?
I don't want to just beat him, I want to humiliate him because he says all GNs are slow and unworthy to mustangs. All I could do was laugh at him. I know it's all stock and I shouldn't have a problem winning even if my GN was bone stock. But it's not. Either way I win! Thanks to you guys.

Dude it's just a mustang, you can most likely turn your boost down
Seriously I would go with a max of like 20si. But being a hot air car i don't even know if I'd fel tha lucky. With the IC's you can keep throwing boost at it till you see knock.(if you are brave)

i'm sorry I havent changed my user name yet I sold my 84 to buy an 87 GN with under 70k on it.

new chip
hooker exh dual
new dog house
3" downpipe (with test pipe)
ALL of spring cleaning on gnttype.org
K&N air fiter
custom cold air

I would like to run 12s what else do I need to do.Also I have all the gauges that I needed other than a scanmaster.
