So I did a couple things over the winter.
Added
Turbonetics 6165 BB 4 inc inlet 2.5 out (was a old journal bearing 6131 3"in 2"out)
Bored out thottle body matched the dog house and removed the EGR boss.

Its an angry beast now! But I found it was running lean at WOT I had to add about 14% more fuel at the chip and my fuel pressure is up at around 48lbs the the vacum line off this got me my target AF on the wide band of 10.9.

My question is this should I go to a larger nossel on my alky? Right now its a 550 ml/min which if my math is correct works out to about 8 GPH.
Should I go to 12GPH or add a second nossel ?

Best bet is to regroup and set the FP to 42 psi line off. And add more fuel via chip, this way you are altering the WOT/PE map vs having the ecm pull fuel and correct for too high of a fuel psi at cruise part throttle.
You may have to send the chip off to get more fuel added to the tables/curves.
Also "cobbled up alky system" ??

I got to that fuel pressure while just driving and aiming for 128 on my BLM on scantool. The fuel pump is new last year and everything was fine until I made the above changes.
As for the cobbled Alky It started its life as an AEM kit the pump failed and I got a replacement from Devils own a 250 PSI unit. Shortly after that the controller packed it in so I briefly used a hobs switch but was not happy with the bog at part throttle ( lower boost) I went to a cooling mist contoller.
So its a bunch of different manufactures cobbled together.

So I might want to look at chip reflash to compensate for the fuel I'm adding at the chip? I haven't got past abot 22lbs of boost yet I was at 25 with my old set up and the WB always hit my target AF with out adding fuel at the chip.

My heads where mildly ported before these changes and I ran the time in my signature on the old combo with the hobs switch. Is it just beathing to good for the old chip settings adding 14% fuel at the chip kinda spooks me should I be concerned?

Yo Larry, put a post on eric"s site! Sounds like you may need a reburn on the chip. That new turbo will move alot more air than your old one. Adding that much more fuel and fuel pressure to get your afr right with alky. somethings up!We need to hook up and go for a spring time cruise.

I think I'll be in town tomorrow around 3 give me a call
.

Part of the problem is Eric is used to burning chips for applications using my system. meaning it puts in way more methanol. Since you run a different system, more than likely the chip wont put in enough fuel.

I dont want to step on another mfg's product and offer advice on it, that would be wrong. But fueling on an alky setup is part alky kit and part chip.

In hind I wish i had gone with your kit from the start......
It sucks living in Canada sometimes I don't mind the freight or the duty but brokerage kills. I have ordered a larger nozzle and I'll see what that does.
If it doesn't work its a new chip i guess.

got my 15 gph nozzle installed works like a charm back to 10.9 11.0 on wide band with the default settings on my chip!

Also got a purge switch installed used 2 relay's at the pump hot and ground side so I don't back feed the controller.
