fuell cell or in-tank for turbo LS E85 GN swap

Hey Guys,
Im starting my 6.0l turbo e85 GN build. I was going to put a cell in the car but I really like the idea of an in-tank pump. Load fuel pumps get annoying. I know to get the GN gas tank or 4.3 monte. Will the tank let it certify to 9.5's? Pros or cons to the two? I s it easy to find an in-tank that will be big enough? What are you guys using?

I have a fuel cell and Weldon pump in the trunk
To pass tech I had to install a rear firewall
I can no longer here the pump over my exhaust tone after the rear firewall install

What are you running for exhaust? Even when you are just cruising around? What all did you have to do for the firewall? Mine would be outside the car.
