Hey! I have for sale here a full ball bearing Turbonetics CPT66 turbo with a polished compressor housing. I purchased this turbo a short while ago. Unfortunately due to medical issues I am forced to sell which is the only reason for the sale. This turbo is in great condition with less than 5000 miles on it and in addition the shaft is nice and tight.
On the receipt it read:
Turbo, 60series, 66-P-BB-.63
11353-BB 4" in, 2.5" out.
This is a VERY nice turbo and does have a lot of potential. This turbo spools quick in general but pair it with a smaller converter and it becomes a COMPLETELY different animal and believe me when I say you won't be disappointed! The beauty of the Turbonetics turbo is it doesn't need the added expense of water cooling or special oil filter kits, so lots of savings there. However if one wanted to install any of those you still can use them. This turbo spools quick with a wide range of intercoolers and combos, everything from a Duttweiler neck stock intercooler or front mounts.
The journal bearing version of this turbo if guaranteed good is worth about $450-500 and the ball bearing version is worth $850-900, and as I said this is the ball bearing version. All I'm asking is only $750 shipped to the 48 states, if you live in Alaska or Hawaii PM me for a shipping quote. If you use Paypal add 3% for fees or send as a gift to avoid them. Feel free to ask any questions, PM is best.
Edit: After a couple PMs I figured I would post that this turbo is a great street and strip turbo and works best with a 3000 or higher stall. However it can work fine with lower stalls but you may experience some lag.
