Garrett's new line of turbochargers?

Long time reader, first time poster. So in my search for a new turbo I came across this website talking about a new line from Garrett. I went to Garrett's website and they talk about one of the turbos in the announcements section but that's about it.

Yes, except that they are T3 and T4 turbine housings, which will not fit stock GN or stock style GN 3 bolt headers.
