Gas tank

OK so after eleven years of sitting in my garage I finally got around to draining the tank of old gas via the fuel pump/fuel rail. My question... is my tank fouled on the inside? Should I replace it or just put in new gas and hope for the best?

Id clean the tank and intercooler out very good and change the fuel pump
