Gauge cluster from sy/ty?

Being that i dont own a sy/ty i must ask if anyone knows if the instrument cluster is all computer junk like whats in my 91 s-10?

Thats a write up by one of the syty guys for Indiglo cluster install. It shows the stock cluster as well as the indiglo, that might answer your question?
