I ordered a T-Top weatherstripping kit for my Dad's GN. When the package got here, it was for a hard top car and was missing the lower door weatherstripping. Placed a email and they sent me another package with the correct weatherstripping and a return label to send back the wrong one. All is good. I have dealt with Brian for a long time, and will continue to. People make mistakes, nobody is perfect, but owning it and rectifying the problem is all anyone could ever ask for.
Please don't throw shade in my thread with any negativity, this is "MY" experience that I want to share. If you feel differently, start your own thread and post your experience.
