Are the transmission gear switches adjustable?

The 4th gear indicator light will flicker as shown on Direct Scan while running in 3rd, but when the trans for sure shifts to 4th the light will stay on!

The 4th gear switch is a pressure switch that's hydraulicly activated by the fluid, and I don't believe it's adjustable.

Okay then, why does the 4th light flicker on/off BEFORE the trans shifts to 4th?
