Getting knock at time when timing changes

It seems i get knock when my timing changes from what it is set at in low gear to high gear, but no knock after that most of the time. was wondering if this means it is time to change timing chain or what, i'll attach PL file any advice thanks

The knock looks to be on the 2/3 shift after full engagement (heavy load). I'm assuming you have a 3 bar map and are running around 30-31 psi according to the log file ?

YES I DO HAVE 3 BAR MAP AND BOOST IS CORRECT IT JUST SEEMS ON MOST OF MY PL FILES THE KNOCK IS USUALLY AT THAT POINT AT 2/3 SHIFT AND WHEN TIMING CHANGES , I'M GOING TO SET TIMING BACK TO CHIP SETTING AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS HOPEFULLY THIS WEEKEND, CAR HAS 90000 ON IT AND DONT WANT CHAIN TO BREAK
