Anyone have any experience with forced induction on the '07-'08 6.2L trucks?? We have a '08 Escalade customer wanting a kit asap for his.

I have had some experance with his stuff, it was in a vette. It made good power, but was laggy. Fit was good and well thought out. But, and I hate talking trash, but the pump that returned the oil keep blowing the fuse on the car and I did not know for a few miles and was blowing oil out the tail pipes. He overnighted one and the problem was solved. Just wanted you to know that it needs a pump to get the oil back to the front and could be an issue if it give out hours from home.

Appreciate the info- thanks!

Yeah, STS has a turbo kit, and they have some videos of a 5.3L 1/4-ton truck running one. Both Vortech and ATI have intercooled supercharger kits. Magnacharger probably has a kit as well as Whipple, but we've used those on the '02-'06 Escalade's and we weren't very impressed.

I was hoping someone here might have some hands-on or eyes-on experience with any of them. When you talk with the reps. from the companies of course their products are the greatest...

I have installed just about everything on GM trucks and the only way to make a big gain is with a turbo. Where I worked they made kits for the trucks, but had some issues that got fixed. But since they had poor customer service and other issues ( won't get petty here ) I won't recommend them.

i have used and installed whipple kits and they always have made me happy with them,i have talked with dustin many times on many projects i have done and he seems to have the tune dead on.
