hey guys i have my 87 GN in the paint shop and i was wondering where i could get new GM Weatherstripping at?I prefer not to use aftermarket stuff. Why put cheap weatherstripping on a car with a $3,000 paint job.Im mainly trying to do all of the t-top section over.Your help would be appreciated!!

I uesd Kirban for my OE GM needs. Was not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I'm going to try some soft seal stuff and see how it works out. It is a fraction of the cost of the OE stuff and the fit is "guaranteed"

Priced from GMPartsDirect.com (sorry couldn't post a link until I have 4 posts)

20211820/1 W/STR AY $96.90 ea.
20201220 W/STR $71.96
20217186/7 W/STR ASM $35.44 ea.
20201221 W/STR $69.52
20674282/3 S/STRP $37.54

I can't remember which part number was which. I just remember getting the part numbers out of a GM parts book and pricing them on GMPartsDirect and saving it to a wish list. Should be T-top seals, around the door w/s, the short piece for the tops, and anti-rattle foam.

a&m soft seal will fit great and is thicker than gm to. it will be harder to close the door for a few times until it smooshes a little. i bought the gm trunk seal and it is 1 inch short so i am going to buy the softseal stuff. it is made a little longer so it can be trimmed to fit great.
