GN floor shifter question

Wondering how come when I shift to drive, the lights in N AND d are lighted up. Is there something inside the shifter area that is broken or needs to be adjusted?

Prob got loose conection down in the console,wires loose or grounding out, easy fix.

Yeah, somethings definitely wrong. Its been that way for sometime. Only 1 symbol should light up. But 2 of them do for some reason. Ill pull it this weekend
