OK The bumper comes with the rub strip now as I just ordered a new one the old one is in good cond with just a few nicks.

It comes with the factory steel reinforcement . everything except the parking lights ,no rust and no dents...

Wow, I'm an idiot. Reading comprehension owns me, lol

I am getting in contact now with a couple people in that area who may be able to pick that up and ship it to me.Will let you know once I hear back.
In the meantime, do you have any pics of it? As long as any blemishes can be buffed out, I'm pretty set on this, given I can get someone to ship it.
