GN License Plate ??

I know probably the wrong place for this but will be posting it in other sections as well. Was going threw some of my Buick junk as Iv'e been collecting rare and odd ball Buick stuff for years ( Like 27 of them )Does anyone know where, who from or anything about this license plate? It has NO writing or wording on it, just $30 wrote on the back of it. I picked this up in Bowling Green somewhere around 2004 or 5. I can't even remember who I bought it from and NO one seems to know anything about it. If any one out there knows anything about it I'd really appreciate some input on it. Thanks All, Mike

Just a custom airbrush plate. They were big in the 90's at all the fairs and car events. There was probably a guy doing them at the bowling green meet in the 90s. You could get your car painted on a t shirt or hat too. They would paint anything.
