the new seat covers made by pui are they a little darker gray then the original gray.Anybody have a set on their car.Looking to buy a set at g-bodys
Ive seen pics on thread but cant tell?I want everything to match

They are probably as close as you are going to get. Thing to remember is after 20+ years the material has lightened up a bit. Either PUI or Jax will have some variance from OE, either the shade will look a bit off or some have noticed a greenish tint. Only sure fire way to have everything match is to replace everything, door panels, headliner, etc etc.

Here's a pic of samples from JAX, if this helps. This pic is about 2 years old. I have samples here from PUI also, but can't seem to find any pics of them. I could try to find the samples and get some pics tomorrow if you're interested...

From my understanding the gray used on the GN's wasn't a rare cloth only used for them and that the new stuff is the same, I haven't had mine beside an original to verify it yet though.

seat covers

I had bought a set of gn covers from g-body installed the covers myself only problem is when you are done you will not have the nice straight seem in the center of the upper and lower cushion. Also it was very hard to remove the factory headrests, and worst of all the width of the seems are wider than factory, color of the pui covers will not match the factory upper door panels either brian told me when i bought the covers that they were real easy to install the guys he has sweeping his floors do them NOT. Hope this helps my cure to this problem was i bought a low mile interior.
