Does ANYONE know where I can get a "NEW" in the box or GM wrap driverside seat hinge?????
My original stripped out a few years ago (the car has been put up for 6 years) so last year @ the Nats I paid a guy $20.00 for a used one that was nasty and I had to clean up. I put it on the car last week and low and behold next thing I knew I was laying in the backseat AGAIN so I wasted $20.00.
Now i'll only buy a "NEW ONE"
I'm not sure but I think the manual seat and power seat has different hinges. I pulled one off a Firebird in the junkyard a few years ago and put on but I couldn't get the cover over the power seat controls.
This is the part (L shaped) that holds the back of the seat to the bottom. You just pull the handle to recline the seat.
Can ANYONE help me???
Thanks!!
