Could you show some better pictures of the rims? Would you consider the chrome driver quality, show quality, ??. Not too concerned about the paint.

Rims

I would consider the rims to be driver quality, no chrome peeling etc., they have been in my garage for about 6 years now. They are used not new out of the box. I would rate them about a 7 out of 10. No curb rash and the tires are like new. And we all know how expensive tires are.
