i thought id start a new thread instead of people seeing the thumbs down,they will see the thumbs up on this guy as he has made good and some...i think what happened was there was indeed a misunderstanding in the quality of what i was getting and with no imediate response i thought this was another case of dead beat ebayers(when its just a case of he works alot)...he has refunded me my money(including shipping)and now states he is sending me some mint condition chrome that goes around the vents(i believe the stainless ones from poston)..at no cost? i told him i would rather pay for them, he states "just get them and tell me your happy"?im going to pay for them none the less....he also asked if i needed anything else,i said yes all new factory switches..locks and windows(mine work,but not like new)..he sets me up a buy it now instantly for less than i could get them from a friend at buick?my cars are all older and they all look as new as the day they were bought(if not better),and i know its hard to find things 20 years old and mint,but it is possible..i guess next time i will tell the seller im really picky(most all the local guys know this)..and its not the first time ive been told im a pain in the a$$,my best friend just left my house saying "why would you buy something used?you know how you are,one picky beatch" :biggrin: ..either way GNVEE6 has made good...Tom Burnette.

well i just got the chrome trim today and it looks GREAT..he also paid $17 just to have it sent next day?i just dont know what to say,except he is all about customer satisfaction for sure...thanks to everyone,even tho he said he would have taken care of it without going this far....
