GNX Question?

did the GNX ever come with a Moulding down the d/p sides? Fist X i had ever seen with it, so i was intrigued

Every GNX I've seen has been identically optioned according to the RPO label in the trunk. That body side molding is RPO code B88 and I've never seen that code on an X.

If it's on this guy's label, well, that'd be a new one on me.

Looking at the closeup of the driver door, that molding isn't the original GN style either. That and it looks like the molding didn't help a bit in preventing damage. Look at that door and on an 8200 mile car to boot!

But some dealers added floor mats, mud flaps, and side moldings to everything.

Not factory, but maybe dealer installed. Original? Correct? Stock? Depends on your opinion and definitions.

Damage is probably from opening his 110 mile TTA door into it All those nice cars crammed into such little space can't be good for any of them...
