They look like the real thing,the numbers are stamped into GNX wheels, GTA wheels have the numbers cast in.

Can't speak to if they are real or not, but I can tell you I bought a set of the rebarreled GTA rims that were made from those rims and they are perfect. The seller is also real accomodating and reachable. Two of mine came damaged from UPS and he replaced them ASAP with him paying the shipping back and forth as well.
