good turbo for mid to high 11's?

cant say from experience, but some do it with a 44 or 49

If thats where you want to end up the 44 will do fine. I've had mine for 8 years.

There have been people in the mid 11s with a 49, and some guys get close with the stock turbo. That being said, the average guy will not go that fast with the 44/49. The TE-60 wil get there, but I suggest that you get a larger turbo and a higher stall to make room for error. Some people with these cars are whizzes with the tune to make their cars run top notch.

For the mid 11s, the average guy will get there with the TE-61 and about 3200 stall. There are other parts that are needed to go that fast, of course.
