He had a longer run than I ever thought he would. RIP, watched the Love and Mercy movie on him last night. Saw him when he opened for Jeff Beck at Oakdale theater in Wallingford CT back in 2013 and now they are both gone.

They were the feature act to open a water park in the Phoenix area called Big Surf in 1970. The place finally closed in 2021 because of the Chinese Flu.
