I decided to go to the track Friday at the last minute. It's the first time to the track and I thought it would be interesting to see what it would do on stock tires. Needless to say it didn't set any records, but it was fun anyway. I ran on 22#'s boost. 19/18# timing. My laptop's battery ran out, so I didn't get to log the run, but I had the boost turned down a couple pounds and I turned the alky up a little compared to my last log on the street which had no knock, but o2's dropping into the 760mv range, but I have done no fine tuning at all to this point. I just kept everything conservative.
I did a vacuum launch because of the stock tires. I just brought it up to 1500 rpm and floored it. It didn't build boost until probably 50' out.
It ran 8.46 at 91 in the 1/8th with a 2.25 60'. I think it could trap 100 in the 1/8th if I had drag radials. It will build boost really well on the line, but I knew stock tires would be a lost cause trying to launch under boost.
Drove 115 miles round trip and made 1 pass at the track on 4.5 gallons of gas.
