The pulsation I was having with my PM was solved with a different pressure switch. I was feeling quick pulses at the end of holding the brake and the elec motor near the end of full pressurization.
Its really simple to borrow a known good switch and accumulator then try one at a time. Easier to troubleshoot and really quick. I prefer to diagnose but these two parts are so quick and easy to change and usually the culprit of most PM problems. Unfortunately they have a history of being "maintenance" parts that seem to need replacing numerous times, hence why many prefer to switch out the entire system.
I personally am sticking with the PM for now myself.
