Got a new rebuild, but I have q's....

I just got my rebuilt tranny back and I wanted to know how many qts of fluid to start with....I have a used converter..... I got conflicting ways of doing it. lemme know what you think.

ps.
I have a bottle of Lucas lube that was recomended to add.
