I got an OTC 4000 from a friend. My car has been ideling rough for a while, almost like a miss. I set my IAC and TPS according the tech articals on gnttype.org hoping this might help, I have done plugs, wires, and coil. I have checked for vacume leaks and even replaced all of the vacume lines, nothing has helped. It does not break up at higher RPMs. I feel my next step would be, injectors need to be cleaned or replaced. I just wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas or suggestions.

The readings I get from the scan tool tell me it is lean at idle, the O2 sensor is .02 Volts, as soon as I touch the gas it goes rich and at wide open throttle the O2 reads .92-.95 Volts is this normal? The O2 sensor is a Bosch and has been in the car maybe 3000 miles. I am still running a stock regulator and pump. I have not checked the fuel pressure yet.

The Maf at idle is 005 G/S and at full throttle is 201 G/S is this ok?

Also in road mode it shows KNK Retard and it always reads 00 Deg. at idel or WOT. Out of road mode it shows KNK Signal and it is always reading NO. Should these read anything?

Thanks, Jason

get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, you're running pig rich at wot.

keep an eye on the knock counts and either bring the boost up or the fuel pressure down or a combination of the two.shoot for high 700's to low 800's and no knock.make small changes and watch that knock!

a hotwired stock pump might be o.k. for now, although you should consider swapping in a walbro.

later,sean
