Thanks for the support guys. She said that she will pay for all the medical bills so we'll see. If not, than attorney may be needed. The girl got 2 tickets and thats it. Im gonna try to find out about the repairs for my bike today as well as my wrist.

Hey man do not waste any more of your time trying to talk to her. You need to turn this in on her INS or the car owners INS today. This is something she is not going to be able to pay for and if you don't get it turned in on the INS it will just take longer. That is why we all have INS she was in the wrong and the car owner was in the wrong for letting her drive the car. You didn't do anything wrong it shouldn't cost you. If I was you by the end of business today I would have a claim turned in. You need to find out how much coverage (money limit) this INS policy has and if you need more than that you will have to take them to court. Do not let this put you in a bind over MED bills.

Derek, take the advice... I assume you exchanged insurance info... call her companies claims agent and speak to them... let them know the accident took place.. and the report #... or if you need to, contact the registered owner and speak to them.. ( I assume this is the parents car, right? )

wow.
tough luck mang. i hope everything fairs well for you. a friend of mines went down at the race track too. nothing serious...some bruises and scratches, that's about it.

is your wife still letting you go back out to ride after everything settles down? with one kid and one on the way...i'll be suprised if she does.

anyways...take cars man. have fun in the surgery room. let me know if the nurses there are hot.

Ive just got the police report number for now but, wont they need the actual report??? Its been awhile since I dealt with something like this.
My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. We'll see how things turn out for me in the future Chris..................???

Hey Derek, when my white Regal got banged a few years back, I mailed a letter w/report number to HPD requesting a report and also had to include $1.00 I believe. If I remember correctly, you should also be able to go down in person to the main station for the report but there will still be a $1.00 fee I think. Try calling the main station for info.

Derek, provide the insurance company with the report #... they will do the legwork... (at least my company does) since thats what we pay them for... service

Sorry to her about that unfortunate accident, we'll be praying for the best here.
DEFINATELY go to HPD and get yourself a copy of that report to send to the insurance co. and make another copy for yourself to keep!
I HIGHLY suggest that you get a lawyer IMMEDIATELY!
Do not wait, trust me!

Update!

Thanks to Geoffs reccomendation, Im working with Woodruff Soldner. Thanks again Geoff! The girl hasn't even called for a LONG time now and neither did her insurance company. Im guessing she never told them.
