Got my car situated, FINIALY!

Hey guys, since I finialy got my Buick ready (with the exception of bumper fillers that are on the way), I been thinking about opening her up. Heres a few things I want to do to her:

- Cold Air Intake
- Bigger Throttle Body
- Bigger Turbo (Thinking about a TE63 since I have the headers)
- Ported Intake Manifold (Done by yours truly)
- Ported And Polished GN1 heads w/ 218/218 cam w/ .500 dur.
- Custom Built Headers (1 7/8th Primarys, 3" out let)
- 3" Cross-over pipe
- 3.5" Down Pipe w/flex pipe (If I can make it fit!)
- 3" Hi flow Cat
- 3" Y pipe reducing to 2, 2" tips exiting in the stock locations
- 3000 Stall
What is the highest boost I can run on a Hot Air car on 93 oct?(Already has a Kenne Bell 93 chip)

Im hoping to accomplish around 550 RWHP with this set up on 26psi if I can still run that with out the intercooler and a SMC Alky kit and 116 oct

This should get me in the(according to some horsepower calculators) low low 11s at around 123mph. mabey I can tickle 10's (on slicks)
and low 12s at around 118mph (on DOT Aproved DR's) on 93oct and 19psi

Think this can still be done without an intercooler?
(btw Im talking about running slicks with a 1.6-1.7 60' time)
