Not digging the two tone but I love Regals on wires. The Regals are great hoppers. Unfortunetely they hop them and throw them away after they buckle the quarter panels.

It's an 86 but it looks like it has an 81-83 grill,header panel and h/l bezels. It does have a turbo hood.

Nothing new. I used to be into the lowrider scene back in '95. They were using Regals back then for lowrider cars. In fact any G body or B body car was a common car for use with hydraulics. 64 Impalas are amongst the favs due to the triangulated rear suspension and the enormous trunk space.

Although that interior on that Cutlass is hideous.
