Available locally for about $80 in most parts houses.

The GM new one may be the same part too for a bit more.

I priced one for myself today at O'Reilly Auto Parts. They show the Gates version to be $99. AutoZone had a Goodyear version for $104. They're typically a custom order piece that can be delivered to the store within 24 hours per being stocked at their local warehouse.

$25 from Kirban or am I looking at the wrong part? Need to replace mine too.

That is just the pulley and bearing assy.

It's not the whole tensioner assembly we are talking about.

If the bearing is shot in the pulley that would be the part to replace, OP is looking for the whole tensioner, the large internal spring can break or become weak or the housing can break on some so you would need the complete assembly.

I'm not sure but I thought the Gates part was the A/C Delco spare part now....

I think the original A/C Delco one was discontinued.

To my understanding the original manufacturer is still making the part except the "new" part cant have the original GM part number stamping.

The original part with the correct stamping sells for $200.

Thanks for the explanation, now I understand. My pulley can be levered in/out about an 1/8" with a screwdriver and chirrups at idle, so I assume that it's on the way out?

From the front of the car the left side of the pulley assy there's a tension pointer and rectangular range area with another pointer. The pointer must be in the slot range area, in the perfect world the two pointers should line up but its ok if they don’t. Make sure it’s in the rectangular range area. HTH
