Anyone use this and is it reliable?? We have 3 employees and none of us are hardly ever in the office, so we just forward our office phone currently to one of the 3 of us and rotate around who gets it every few weeks.
Grasshopper appears to be able to assign us each an extension, and if someone is calling for support, they could select support and it will "Blast" the call to all 3 of us and which ever can answer is linked to the call.
This sounds to be a perfect fit for our business but want to hear some first hand experience with it.
