I found this cleaner for T wheels and it works great couldn't believe
how well it worked.
I found it at NAPA it's called aluminum brightener.
You don't want to use it on polished aluminum

Be careful. It could remove the factory clear and turn the wheels white over time.

If it's anything like the Eagle Mag Wheel cleaner it will turn them white after a period of time. Best solution for me was to have them painted and cleared. Waterless wash or detailer is all it takes to clean them after.

Wait a minute. let's go back.

What factory clear? My original T wheels never had no factory clear. I don't think anyone's did.

Am I wrong?

Mine didn't.

Maybe these heavy duty cleaners need to be neutralized after cleaning?

A little baking soda mixed with water will neutralize any residual acid from the wheel cleaner after a rinsing , then rinse again .

WOW, went to go check it out and it looks like someone figured out how to put battery acid in a plastic bottle, mixed with just a little alcohol. If you look at the ingredients, and warning label...It matches the same as my old car battery. Took a picture of the label. Never needed safety glasses to wash my wheels...Just saying kinda scared on using this product, good looking out anyway...THANKS / can I put this stuff in my battery! LOL

Bought a bottle and used it the other day. First application didn't really work that great. So, re-applied and scrubbed with a stiff brush, per instructions. Still didn't get the black down deep in the whatever the little dimples are called.
