GT3255e of GT6131

Are both the GT3255e and the GT6131 dual ball bearing turbos?

I believe only the GT6131 comes in dual BB. Not the GT3255. My GT3255 spools instantly with a 10" 2800 stall. Through a stock DP and exhaust too( Except for a test pipe).
