been looking for a good turbo to replace plans for a TE45A upgrade...but going to a new "GT" series turbo has me spooked...anyone running this turbo and is it a worthy replacement of the respectable 45A? btw going to be running a walbro xp double pumper feeding 72's ....need opinions before deciding on a ME-R or translator plus....sooooooo close to buttoning this beast up!:D

You will not notice a difference. The 6776 is a GT67 with a P trim (76 trim) exhaust wheel. The GT67 wheel only flows about 1 lb/min more than the 66 does. If you are looking for an upgrade, you need to step up to a Q trim on the turbo that you have, or go to a GT70 compressor wheel.

The ME-R is great, but if you do not know how to tune, the extender might be your best bet.
