GTA rims what to use/do???

Want to repaint my GTA rims. What would be the easy/best way to take the old paint off? And best paint to use to repaint??

Im doing this in a few weeks.........I plan on just cleaning the crap out of them, taping them off and spraying them. Any suggestions out there?

I would suggest sandblasting I have repainted my wheels several times even powder coat didnt stick,so i taped them off blasted em and painted them with standard base coat clear coat and they look great and i havnt had any problems

P.S paint remover will not get all the paint off bu it will make sure that wherever the paint didnt come off it will as soon as you repaint them
