Hi

What is the rocker ratio? Is that stock heads or champions? How long/miles do you have on them?

Let me know... I may be interested

Sorry. Forgot. Ratio is 1.55. They are for iron heads. There is a misalignment issue on the GN1s (pictured)

So.... they will work fine with stock heads? ie... bolt right on?

Question #2.... Will they (probably won't... but I thought I would ask anyway) clear stock '87 GN valve covers?

No, on clearing stock valve covers and I believe its a no on pedestal clearance. They bolted right on my iron heads but I had Champion Irons and I believe they clearance them for rollers.

Send me your paypal acct addy and what type it is: personal, premium, etc...
And again, these will fit right on my stock irons, right? Also, I will have to dbl check with the guy doing my cam card if this ratio is ok... i know we wont be doing much lift...

Thanks,
Phil

Phil, 1.55 is the stock ratio, so no problem there. But, I think if your heads are stock they need to be clearanced (in the pedestal area) for them to be a bolt on. Let me know. My paypal account is "premier" I think????
Address is the same one listed in my profile.

1.55 should be fine... i checked, we're going with a lower lift setup... By clearanced do you mean the diameter of the shaft is a different diameter or that the shims and/or rockers collide with the pedestals... the latter is preferable as i can easily fix that prob. :) Either way, i guess i need some sort of dimensioning before i commit to see exactly what i need to do. Maybe i can find someone with some GN1's layin around.

they had some issues with alignment of the bolt holes in the shafts for the stock heads - doubt there would be any trouble returning them to the mfg if that is the case

screw it... ill make the mother f'ers fit...everything on the rest of the darn engine needed some sort of custom modification anyway... not like that ever stopped me! Ill send you payment ASAP.

Thanx, Phil

Just to clarify these are used rockers w/shafts. I've used these for the last two years on my Champion Iron Heads. I'm in the process of changing over to Champion GN1 Heads and there is misalignment issues with the aluminum heads due to valve arrangement being slightly different.
As of right now, they're sold to Phil, awaiting payment. If they become available, I will post here.
