Turbo to manifold gasket

Noticed that my gasket is blown out on passenger side. From what I understand the most ideal way to seal is no gasket, true surfaces and a slight layer of copper rtv. What is second best way? Remflex? Copper? Just copper RTV?

Also does the turbo have to come off or can you 'slip' it in between?

I’ve used the remflex gasket from Mark at TR custom parts both times I swapped turbos. Going on 20yrs no leaks.

RJC makes a nice 3 bolt gasket

In any case... it comes off to do it right.
