I purchased a FAST from Hartline performance in October of last year. We did the install on it , and I was fortunate enough to get Cal to dyno tune and do driveability tuning on the car on one of his trips to Richard Clark's in NC. Cal was nothing but professional and never rushed us even though the car had some unrelated problems. I was thrilled with the experience.
Shortly after this, the car had tranny issues and it has taken me until now to get it rebuilt and get it back in the car.
We get ready to go do some tuning on the car last week and i realize i don't have a serial-to-usb cable. I call Holly and tell i am not sure if i ever got one, or not. She said she would see what she could do. Well--2 days later, a cable is sitting in my mailbox free-of-charge.
I am thrilled with the customer service i got from Hartline performance.
