Make sure the PL connector at the bottom of ecm is seated properly. If that doesn't fix it, look closely at the chip pins to make sure none are bent. I really think its the PL to ecm connector though.
 
It was a poorly seated PL guys, took everything out, put it back together and everything is fixed + the car runs MUUUUUUCH better. I don't think I had realized how bad things had gotten over the last 800-1000 miles. Thanks!
