Has anyone had belt slippage using a champion ac delete bracket

I have the bracket and Jason's pulley kit. Under a small load I have been getting a high pitch squeak. Just for a sec. Have changed belt, Tightened up the bracket. Any advise would be great. Thanks

My squeal actually went away after I switched to the bracket. Are you using the right size belt?

its not the bracket ,
most likely its how the pulley on the crank aligns to the water pump pulley

if the crank and water pulleys are off only way to adjust is shim out whichever one is in

if the alternator needs to come out you can add shim behind the alternator ear and between he rear support tab

Diddo squeak from alignment.

Pulled off the alternator and found the problem. The shaft had 1/2 inch in and out play. Good as gold now. Thanks for the help.
