Have KCF any suggestions under $1500?

Crap! I got under the car today to do some checking out and found out the trans is a KCF. Its got a bad solenoid in it right now and I'm thinking I should just bite the bullet and get a new tranny. I don't really want to spend over say $1500, any suggestions?

I checked out your site and saw the BRF valve body kit. Is a KCF a good core to just switch the valve body on or is the KCF a piece of junk? Thanks I bet I'll be calling soon!

hey before goin for a trans i would certainly install our modified brf w/shift kit and servo on your core .good idea.www.ckperformance.com
