I've tried searching for threads related to this but kind of got impatient, so hopefully someone who has experience with the MAFTPRO can help. I purchased this system to accomodate future mods after my stock MAF died. The car is damn near stock, with the exception of a 3.5" cold air kit I fabricated (no provision for MAF), and 36lb injectors that I installed to replace failing stock injectors, and a TurboTweak chip to acommodate that. Bear with me, I'm new to this game:

1) Since I'm looking to run in speed density mode, I know I need a GM 3 bar MAP sensor. Where can I find these for cheap, and I suppose I'll need a pigtail for it, where can I find that?

2) I understand to run the MAFTPRO to its max potential, a TunerPro chip and Wideband 02 sensor are required. Are the chips burned for one set of injectors? Like if I bought a used one that someone was using with 42lb injectors, would I need to send it in to FullThrottle and have them reburn it? Anybody know how much that costs?

3)I'm pretty confused on my choices for wideband 02s. Can I not just buy a basic $60 wideband 02 sensor, and wire it into my MAFTPRO? Do I need to purchase a complete $150 LC-1 Kit?

Now, I know this is extreme overkill for an essentially stock GN, but all I want right now is to run without a MAF sensor and tune this car so it run's like a top. Any input, advice, experience is welcome! Thanks guys.

3bar map from fullthrottlespeed.com ,GM or razor at alkycontrol.com . tthe buick vendors are probably cheaper than you'll get from gm
if you have a GN with analog dash the 3bar replaces the stock 2bar under the hood , no need for a pigtail unless you want to keep the 2bar to drive the stock analog boost gauge
if its digital the pigtail harness for a map sensor is under the hood and can be made to operate can be made

not sure how well the maft pro works with a std chip like the TT but im sure it works best with their chips

the maft pro wont support a bosch sensor only you need a wideband unit with a sensor and one that has an output of 0-5v ... innovate lc-1, plx ,aem or whatever else maft pro will work with . and really dont need the wideband unless you want to run in a/f tuning mode
running in speed density mode with a map sensor will eliminate the need for a maf sensor

really you should have asked the questions before buying at fullthrottletech.com
