The funny thing is here that little ass clown would still be tried for car jacking when the evidence against him is so overwhelming from that video no trial should be necessary. Or worse since he tried to retreat once he realized the victim had a firearm and was overpowering him that the perp would sue the victim since fired at him while retreating.

In NY. the guy should have allowed him self to be shot, give up the truck and lie dying or dead waiting for the police.

Only big issue I see is not staying behind (of in front) of his vehicle as cover. Looked like there were 2 guys. NO need to walk up to the suspect. Reload, stay put, expect #2 to come back, and wait for the cavalry to come. Overall DANG GOOD JOB!!!

hello people; If everyone had the ability to carry there would be less crime IMO. There might be more deaths in the beginning but once everyone understood what will happen it would be better.
