Head gaskets?

I ran the Fel Pros for about 10 years with ARP head bolts, 25 lb hits with alky all the time. Took heads off for oil seals and gaskets were still fine. Do want to use studs this time around and don't want to do Cometics.

Fel Pro or Mahle the Mahle and VICTOR REINZ same manufacturer. Unfortunately things are not what they use to be. Fact remains you have to use a gasket,
I suppose if you clean surface good use studs cross for fingers the Cometics might work. MLS gaskets come on all the new Nissan's and that's all that is available, I have a 4.0 with 100K miles that hade never been hot but needed a rebuild. I hesitated but it's over 175 K today no problem. No it's not boosted and is just SUV we use hard. One must be careful about counterfeit parts there e very where.
a 100 hp a cylinder can be made with 30 lb boost or 20 lb its not the boost pressure that pushes the gasket

I forgot TA Performance has a large assortment of head gasket for V6 Buick too.
