I have a cosmetic 'underhood dress up kit' with SS allen bolts that, I think, cover what you're looking for. $20

It's the 3 large corner bolts on each side of the radiator support, radiator hold down plate, hood latch, safety latch, and battery hold down
.

I’m pretty sure he is looking for the studs that go into the header panel ones that are bonded to the fiberglass. I could be wrong?
