Header Panel cracked where grill mounts

Does anyone make an aluminum bracket or repair kit? I have another header panel but it also has some cracks where the grill mounts to the panel itself.

Just a suggestion. You may be resigned to fabricating your own repair bracket. I suggest you use a strip of 16 or 18 gauge steel (cut to fit) predrilling holes at the header panels bolt locations then using some aluminum large-diameter Domed Head Blind Rivets to mount the steel plate along the top of the header panels where the grill mounts. Then place an appropriate Clip on Nut at the predrilled holes allowing you to bolt the grill back on the header panel.

My header panel broke just like yours. A buddy fabricated some wide clips for me and welded a 1/4-20 nut to the back side. My clip is 1 1/4" wide by 1 1/4" deep. It's just a large pinch clip. I used 3 of them and they work great
