My header panel is in decent shape but I need some of the plastic pieces that clip in the back so the lights can screw in on the front. Anyone know what these are called or where I can buy some? I need to replace one of the metal threads on the back as well. Not sure if it’s possible to buy a replacement or if I will have to make my own?

Are you referring to the headlight adjustment screws? Dorman part # 42161. If so, should be able to find them locally. or Amazon, or RockAuto, etc...

Awesome. That’s exactly what I was looking for. There’s some little square ones as well. Any idea what those are?

small square white nylon insert (?)snap-in nuts for marker lights, headlight bezels? find them at your local hardware store. or buy a bag from mcmaster.com.

link => McMaster-Carr

take one of the torx screws with you and know the size of the square hole for the insert nut

I suggest these parts when working on improving the support of your header, cannot be too safe with people leaning on the unsupported ends of the header which can easily crack it.

Thanks. So those are in addition to the metal brace in the middle of the header panel? Reasonable price as well.

Yes. Some G Body cars like a Monte Carlo have the header support brace all the way across but our GNs and Regals do not have this which allows someone who is careless or not knowledgeable to lean on the unsupported area above the driver or passenger headlights cracking the header support which is made of fiberglass.

I just ordered a set.
