 I have a hole in one of my headlights so it's just a matter of time til it goes out. I have a 4 pack of G.E. high output halogens(ge h6054 hd 2b1) that came with the car. Are these any good? What I really would like is the bright blusish type I see occassionally but don't know anything about them. Anyone an expert on headlights?

Probably find a million opinions on headlights !! I run the Sylvania Cool Blue's for my low beams and Sylvania Silverstars for high beams, both seem to work very well(for me)

It all depends on what you want to spend and what you think brighter lights are worth. Information on the Silverstar and Cool Blue lights is here:

http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerPro...cts/ProductComparison/HeadlightComparison.htm

and here:

Or you can go to a HID replacement system:

I like the idea of running the cool blue and silverstars combination - never thought of that but it makes sense.

I run the same thing as Jbenn in my GN.

They work just fine and are an easy replacement install.

My WE4 has the high output H4 and high output high beams that required some rewiring and relays to take all the current.

Then again you might want to try what's free with the car first.
